At MILIFASHION, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you can find information about the return or exchange procedure for products purchased through www.milifashion.gr.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – 14 DAYS
For purchases made through our online store, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date they receive the product, in accordance with applicable law and subject to any statutory exceptions.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to return the product by means of a clear statement.

RETURN CONDITIONS
The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, together with its tags, packaging and any accompanying items.
The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and fit of the product.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
In the event of a return due to withdrawal or a product exchange, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or provided by applicable law.
Before sending any product back, we recommend contacting MILIFASHION so that we can provide you with the return procedure and return address.
PRODUCT EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a product or change its size, please contact us before returning it.
Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested product or size.
Any return and reshipping costs relating to an optional product exchange are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, or a product that has a problem upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
If, following the relevant inspection, it is confirmed that the issue is due to an error by MILIFASHION, or that MILIFASHION is responsible under applicable law, the customer will not be charged for the relevant return and reshipping costs.
REFUNDS
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, refunds are processed in accordance with the conditions and time limits provided by applicable law.
As a general rule, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed, at no additional cost to the consumer.
Where permitted by law, MILIFASHION may withhold the refund until the products have been returned or until the consumer provides evidence that they have been sent back.
EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where an exception is provided for under applicable law.
